Attendant at entrance was mean spirited, screaming, and very abusive. The entrance was attended by a combative man, and I was among the initial visitors. Policeman using wand was professional, considerate, and far more civilized. Strangely combative man at entrance shouting to remove all items in pockets, despite a very small crowd. Inside, customer service mentioned they had received numerous complaints about this guy before. I had driven a long way to get there, so I was prepared to turn around and request a refund of my ticket. Once inside, the staff was much more welcoming and friendly.
